My thoughts EXSCTLY!

Yes Nora has made bad soap opera mistakes but her overall character, as described by OLTL themselves, is a HEROINE!!

It always makes me laugh wen pple say she too judgmental bcuz they usually refer to her hatred of ToddManning (the rapist murderer, bully, liar ETC...) and they LOVE him.

But Nora sleeps w Sam (an act of desperation &fear for the love of her life Bo) and IMMEDIATELY regrets it... thats worth hating hsr! Lol just sounds Funny:)

@hotstuffmylove She should not have slept with Sam to begin with. She should have just been honest with Bo from the getgo. But she's made more mistakes than that. She always thought she had to have whatever Lindsay had. For no reason at all, she hated on Lindsay. Todd was an awesome character. And let's not forget Nora two-timed Sam with Troy. She's not even that pretty.

@entertainme3000 Wow I could write a ten page paper on everything that is wrong with that statement. I'll just say Lindsay came into town hating Nora, not the other way around. Nora didn't even know Lindsay existed, and Lindsay made her mission to make Nora's life miserable.

The Sam thing was stupid, but completely OOC. It happened because the EP wanted her boyfriend with Nora so he could be front and center. Hence why HBS called the head of ABCD to protest the story.

@BoNoBuchanan I'm personally not a big Nora fan. She and Bo were okay when they got together years ago. And their 1st wedding was fun. But I see Nora as a big hypocrite when she's made some pretty fatal mistakes herself, you can yell at me if you want to but I'm not the only one who thinks she's a hypo.

@entertainme3000 Got to ask why you would watch this and comment on it if you hate Nora? I don't like Tea, and therefor I never watch any clips of hers. I would never go on a fans video and start bashing her, let her fans enjoy that. As for "decent woman", she is a freaking soap character. No such thing as a "decent woman", even Viki cheated and lied about it. Any long time character is going to do something like that. And ALL characters are judgmental ALL of them.

@entertainme3000 I am not saying you have to like Nora, I have no issues with that. I was just pointing out all the things you listed can be applied to every character.

What I am asking is, why watch this clips? I just find it odd to watch a clip of a character you don' t like, then negatively comment about the character that is a obviously a favorite of video poster? Why not just let her fans enjoy the clips without haters interfering? Nobody is forcing you to watch Nora.

@melmiller I liked Bo and Nora at one time and I'm glad it ended well for them.(I'm even happier that Clint and Viki got back together) but I'm just not big on people who consistently feel the need to point out everybody else's mistakes when the same person's done evil themselves. A hypocrite is not a good thing. You wouldn't want to be known as one. I sure wouldn't either. People do bad things. It's just a part of life. What matters is that we learn and grow from them.

Truthfully I really don't care what most people think about me, if they think I am a hypocrite, then I probably don't like them anyways. There is only a handful of people in my life who opinions matter to me. But WHO on they show isn't a hypocrite? I believe Viki judged Nora for what happen with whole Clint debacle, just saying.

As for why you dislike Nora, that isn't my point my point is why come on a Nora fan's video and try to ruin their fun?

So this was the day of the spring fling?

I can never remember the exact timeline. The story about Nora and the truck driver happened happened before the spring fling, and then Nora represented Todd/Zach/Powell, and then they found out she had a brain tumor?

@CarlD2 The story of Nora and the truck driver was kinda put on hold once she started defending the boys...This clip is from May something... like 10th. Then it picked up again after she got disbarred and was quickly solved and then by late 1993, it was the brain tumor story...The headaches were all through out her first arrival in Llanview, but she didn't know it was a tumor until after the rape concluded. If I am wrong, then I just made a fool of myself ;)
