The party of NO puts out a commercial where the other party is considering whether or not it should have a public option. They think that because Democrats don't vote in lockstep that that is disarray. A public option is an option and more competition, something Republicans claim they favor. The "ranking" is based on a biased WHO study which appararently ranks "access" higher than surviving a hospital stay.

- Universal coverage DOES NOT equal superior healthcare outcomes

- Ranking results depend largely on the methodology (apples to apples)
