What does "Qingnian Quan" means? Is this form part of 18 Lohan, or is it an independent style?

qingnian means youth (green years); quan means fist or set of fist movements; it's no lohan but a form arranged from northern chinese gungfu. publicized from the 1950's when i was a boy, haha !
