They're getting there, but it's far from perfect. As of now, if you get a new ccomputer, you will have to have backed up your music (and everything else) in order to transfer it, which requires drives, CD's, etc. / They need a simpler method. One file or something to transfer everything (or selected items).

Finally this is a product that addresses Apple's pathetic inability to let you recover from a hard drive loss, or simply transferring to a new laptop or PC. If your hard drive dies and you lose your whole itunes library, then Apple kindly reward their customers by forcing you to wipe your idevice as before allowing sync with a fresh install of itunes...such a joke! I've used this software and it works plain and simple.  Highly recommended!

Alternatively, try copying music to your hard drive by clicking on the Copy to PC button in TouchCopy.
