Police have charged him with ‘offending public decency’.

This will force law enforcement to develope their communication skills and their interactions with the public. It will stop them from working from an ego and power hungry position. i dont see why its necessary to go 100mph once someone gets on a highway during a chase. Cops have cars too dummy, its not like ur gonna outrun them. even if one cop cant handle the speed and wipes out their are always 3 or more still chasing u and usually a helicopter too. highway cops train for this shit all the time, the ego of a crim thinking he can out-drive cops is just plain laughable. wouldn't it just make a little sense to back the mph down a bit til u figure out ur next move?

I suppose if you try for that your gambling on whoever is in charge being cautious.

@weplay89 It did. It looked like it rolled onto his head. If doing the ejection didn't kill him, about 5,000 pounds of car on the head did. If it didn't, he's f***ed for life.
