Just to say, anyone who claims this tarnished Operation Flashpoints name would know that the true sequels to those games are the now ArmA series, created by people who make military simulators FOR the military, codemasters owned the name and at no point said they were making a milisim, they said they were trying to reach a point between realism and fun, even though Red River isn't my cup of tea, it is a good game and I know ex-soldiers who enjoy RR and DR

Why would take a realistic military shooter like Operation Flashpoint and turn into a brainless console shooter like this? What's the point? They could've started from scratch with a new name instead of tarnishing OF. I'm done with operation flashpoint. Not buying any more of them. There's enough bullshit shooters on the market as it is.

This game is not a simulator and not a fast paced shooter.
Games like Battlefield 2 with Project Reality or ArmA 2 with add-ons such as ACE are much better.
