I got a spike myself this year. The only Elk I saw all season. But anything with the bow is a true trophy. How about that 360 Bull that came in "WOW". Hey brother....I am from Florida and I am in Denver area for now until December driving all over calling for elk to get them close for some pics and videos and that is my challenge. Where is this place so I can go for some photo opp?
@goozmooshak Go to Estes Park or Rocky Mountain National Park! Or even drive through Evergreen off I-70 they are fired up bugling right now. Any of those three will work out great. Mornings and evenings they will be most fired up. Good luck, and enjoy them bulls screamin in your face!
@GRIZZITH Yes he was! 76 yards too, thats a heart break. We thought at first the bull was by himself but as he turned around and headed off we seen that 4 or 5 cows came out into the upper part of that meadow, so he was not going to leave 5 girlfriends for 1 haha. But thats hunting I guess. Check out our muzzleloader video, exact same public property about 400 yards from where Steve killed this bull, our other good friend Kills about a 320.
What kind of camera did you guys use to shoot the footage??
