I think that's the idea that C.L.A.M.P wants. Either That, or maybe they just want to remind people of their old, successful anime by making the characters look the same and have the same names? I heard that Tsubasa is a continuation of CardCaptors, but me don't know. x3 It doesn't look like it, but then again it's been a long time since I saw CCS.
