Throughout their lives, everyone goes through their own musical evolution. I, personally, began with listening to nothing but hardcore punk and have since gone through everything from death metal and grindcore, to jazz and trance. Also, if you think pop punk is for "pansies," try going to a TWY show, then talk to me.

My main problem with all these bands are the singers... It sounds like its the same guy who sings in all of them. If you hear a song you havnt heard before by bands like the Ramones, the Clash, Nofx, Rancid or Nirvana, you know who it is the moment the vocals start. On 8 of 10 of these bands you can hardly tell the difference. I blame Blink 182 for these singers.
