Madonna can give vocal performances like this when she wants. Her brother has said she is notorious for not doing vocal warm ups or practicing her vocal arrangement for live performances. He said she prefers to just wing it and let the chips fall where they may. Sometimes she is very very good and other times she is very inconsistent. On tour, she has gotten consistently better esp Drowned World Tour and Reinvention Tour where her vocals were very consistently good.

@pablorubiolugo You can't expect her to sound like she did 20 years ago. Have you listened to Bono sing lately? Years of touring has taken its toll on his voice as it has Madonna's. The more you tour and the more frequent you tour the worse your voice is going to get. Madonna sounds pretty darn good even for that. Just listen to her sing "You Must love me" from Sticky and Sweet tour. She was great!
