The Earth, all planets and stars are hollow and most of them inhabited.

We have benevolent and malevolent races living in cities, and in military bases in the crust, and also benevolent races of humans dwelling in the paradise known as the hollow Earth, or Agharta.

there is really no need to separate types of meditation.....when you are experiencing the oneness, the infinite, it is not necessary where you are or how it came to be..just have the experience and enjoy it.....same thing with music....it can go either way, but doesn't really matter in the end....just have the experience of meditation..you might want to subscribe to the bridging videos as there are many more you might really like already available and more on the way...thanks again..bh&e.....
