  • This video hypnotizes me. Is it normal to be that easy to hypnotize?

  • just did my first hypno.

My friend didn't trust me that much, and he was smiling, he doesn't remember much of it and said when he woke up, he felt great.

  • these tutorials are EPIC, i thought i had failed, but when i found this i have a newfound faith in my quest to hypnotise someone!!

  • @thebigbadwolf96 Keep practicing. You can do amazing things when you just keep going at it!

  • I have been learning self hyno a while.... but non works on me.... but i learn something else which i can dream with conscious but i cant move my body yet i can feel the current... but this is nt wat i am looking for, any tips to do it well ??

  • Thanks its really fantastic ..

  • How do you know if your hypnotizing them or their just playing along or forcing themselves to do what you say.

  • why does everything in the backgroud move exept the water....?

  • @BrandonANDBrantonTV nothing's moving. it's static

  • It would be a great idea to practice and practice again, right? This is my first time trying this, and almost every time i try to put someone into trance or "hipnosis" it just doesnt work out. correct me if im wrong, but you do want your subject to be totally relaxed right? thank you so much, I would love to here back from you. And great tutorials by the way.

  • the blonde is hot!!!

  • how can you do those instant inductors, like when you shake there hand and they instantly sleep? is there any prep needed or could you just walk up to someone on the street and do it almost instantly without talking to them much at all. Im not saying I want to just go and do it to someone without their permission, but would it be possible, if so how?

  • why isnt anythin in the backround moving??

  • I am studying psychology , and this is exactly what i needed! Thank you .

  • id like to hypnotise a friend but im not sure how to do it so cud u put in a tutorial in steps please?

  • so when are we going to be able to put people in hypnosis?

  • how much do it take for any body to go in the Hypnosis state

  • i'm liking the videos up to now.

i learnt self-hypnosis a while back and started to feel that hypnosis wouldn't actually be complicated... although, i'm 14... and I really can't figure who to try and test on.

my friends... probably not? my siblings? definately not... glad I found these tuts, though. should save a good few years psychology study.

  • Try friends of friends - too close is very tough. Siblings almost impossible! Keep practicing though.

  • @vanbc19631963

thats funny that you say that considering I learned hypnosis 2 weeks ago. And the first 6 people I got into the somnabulism state were members of my immediate family. Have confidence and nothing is impossible

  • @DJDeji69 I'm also 14 and have been doing hypnosis for a while. I had quite a good time trying inductions out on friends. However they can get annoyed if yo keep pushing it. I found that sticking their hands together while they were not actually in hypnosis was a good way to get me to let them to let me try it on them. Good luck :)

  • so all you have to do is telling them to look at example your finger and then tell them that their eyelids are getting heavier and then say "sleep" *snap fingers*

Rob, do they have to be relaxed for a long moment before you try to do all those things? :)

  • I saw you pulling a girls arm and she fell asleep, does there have to be a physical anchor along with the word sleep? If so, should i set up the physical anchor before? ie, "i'm going to snap my fingers and you will fall asleep." or, "i will touch your hand and you will fall fast asleep."

Your videos are MUCH appreciated, i look forward to the next ones!

  • @TheRyanmcall doesnt have to be but for the snap fingers, some people react better to a visual than an audio anchor so to do both covers it, the arm pull i think is too confuse the critical mass so the subconciuos mind reacts instead, just accepting the instruction, dunno if that makes any sense to you but anyway...

  • lmao...

  • um.. i am new at this stuff so i just wanted to ask you something , what if while i do the your ayes are getting heavier and they say that there ayes aren't getting heavier ... what should i do to successfully get them on trance. i will appreciate any help. thanks

  • The best way to avoid this is to set up the session in such a way that the subject is more ready to go into hypnosis. Rather than asking them if you can try to hypnotize them (which implies it may not be possible), tell them you want to practice your hypnosis skills - which impies success. Remember if they don't want to be hypnotized, neither you nor anybody else can hypnotize them.

  • ok... i get it now.... thanks :)

  • in addition to my last question, is there any way that you could describe the mental processes occurring during the hypnotism? I understand that it starts with a relaxation technique then moves on to suggestion as the subject becomes more suggestible, but how do you get from that point to planting helpful clinical suggestion? Its all about saying the right thing, but what exactly is the right thing to say, and what word combinations should be steered away from.

  • Good question. The mental process is one of relaxation to such a degree that the mind becomes 'suggestible' - it takes on suggestion. The mind really only adopts positive suggestions, those suggestions it feels ok with. Others are very short lived, though they may sink in for a short while. Stopping smoking is a good example of a longer impacting one. The subject knows they should, possibly wants to, but just needs that extra nudge. The suggestion in that instance then becomes a value or belief.

  • Im studying psychology at university and i am extremely interested in hypnotism and NLP. I was wondering, is the clicking of the fingers anchoring the feeling of relaxation, as per the rules of NLP? Also though i have seen it before and have encountered this relaxing feeling myself, i find it hard to imagine that this state can lead to acting on a suggestion, for example barking like a dog. As when i have been relaxed in this state i still feel fully conscious. How does this work on a mental lvl

  • Hi Rob, how do I apply and learn how to hypnotize the same way you do? This is a field of work that I'm really enthusiastic about and eager to get into.

  • ok i often see hypnotists do the whole snap their fingers and say sleep thing. My question is what if you cant snap your fingers? What do you do then. I'm not making this up i honestly cant snap my fingers no matter how hard i try

  • Good question. You can actually do a very simple thing. My friend Gerrard The Hypnotist does this all the time. Just say "sleep" and touch the back of the subjects hand. Because they don't expect the touch it has much the same effect as the click - perhaps even more so.
