that has been like me for a few days i just have been resting and drinking a lot it helps with the dizzyness at least and its a ha bisky upload i watch youtube vids and u shouldnt push yourself to much when u r sick so if u do want to work out just do it in your room with push ups or something easy i dont really get sick but i dont eat and get dizzy spells so i can still function
