The three things I remember liking about living in Australia for a summer: Beets on a burger are EVERYWHERE and they are amazing; little savory crepe carts, like how LA has taco trucks and NYC has hotdog stands are everywhere and they are amazing; the indian food is out of this world. It's also the only way to get something spicy.
Bad things: no spicy food (besides curries); ZERO calimex/texmex (my brother comes back home for a month a year and eats mexican food for every meal); no BBQ!!!
Normally meat cheese ketchup mustard and sometimes pickles sometimes they make special ones at those disgraceful fast food places with bacon but not usually
