Even that wasn't out of time. Listen to the song and you'll see that the guitar part is an echo of the keyboards. He played it perfectly.

It's not your video card. That part is purposely played delayed. The main melody is the keyboard; this is more of an echo effect, so it is supposed to be off beat slightly.
