It is good to hear that the libraries in Topeka are flourishing. The City have closed several neighborhood libraries in my area. They (the city) says that funding is the culprit. If millions of dollars can be spent to change the font size of street signs, then I'm sure there is money to save the libraries and teacher's jobs....Good interview

I used to go to Manchester, UKs fantastic Henry Watson Music library as often as three or even four times a week to get material for piano sight reading. Did me a huge amount of good without spending a shilling.

Impressive. The most important point here is the fact that the library is like air, FREE, so that everyone is able to benefit from its resources. It all prooves that the youth prefer to be kept busy learning in a free atmosphere, and that idleness is Human Beings' worst and most loathed enemy. Thanks on behalf of one and all.
