I can help your ps3 just drop it in water take it back out let it dry for 10 days the hold the power button it will turn on and cut off twice then come back on however all saved data will be lost but it works fine u just may need make sure it's dry fully

turn it off and then turn it on with ur finger on the power button and or the eject im not 100 percent sure but it spits it back out, i had the same problem

1. unplug the ps3

2. put it in a cool room where no heat or sunlight can get to it.

3. leave it for at least 3 days.

4. then see if works.

5. if that don't work, dissassemble the ps3 and try and see if anything is broken.

6. if none of these work, you're fucked

Same problem I had, had to Reflow the GPU and CPU, to fix problem notice a lot of people have this problem with the 60gb and 20gb model, bet it have something to do with the emotion engine and CPU being cool by the same cooler which create to much heat and over time stress the lead free solder connections

if you turn it off from the back of the ps3 and before cutting it on hold the eject button then while still holding the button cut it on it should eject your game worked on mine

woah that suck. Like froggydarren said just call up sony and they should send a replacement unit :).

Also i think you should try this um hold down the Power Button untill it beeps 3 times, That will take you to the PS3 Recovery menu i think. Then press rebuild hard drive something.

Try that out because my ps3 almost messed up while i was playing cod4. It froze so then i shut it off and turned it back on and it automatically said rebuilding herd drive something (i forgot)

I took my PS3 to a gas station which had a cmpressed air pipe, and pushed the air in and out the PS3 through its vent holes, you wont even believe the amount of DUST that came out of the machine (and yes I keep my PS3 in a clean area)... it was so much that I could hardly breathe so make sure you´re in an open area before you do this...IT WORKS NOW
