  • bloody beautiful mate ! make a hd one. HAHAHA

  • Gay thts not how u throw an elbow and ur a horrible boxer ur suppose to look at the bag

  • @1234NAna12 - Lol (I have to laugh at your immature ignorant comment) - first of all, I'm looking at a mirror specifically b/c of a particular form I was looking for. As far as the elbows go, to each their own - we grow, we learn, and we train for new things and to get better, stronger, and faster (Suprise to the Unexpected)...God Bless and take care :)

  • This dude is god to me. I just tarted and im a noob

  • I can do all of this except the elbows, but great video really good!

  • lmao "one thing jesus showed me"

  • this kid thinks he is so bad ass when he does a spinning elbow or looks away and hits an object...

  • @ty99999returns I can assure you I don't get cocky or think I'm such a bad dude. Honestly, I just love the sport and training. God Bless - Jesus loves you and take care.

  • The speed bag work was nice..

  • Heavy bag work was awful!! That elbow will get you knocked out you ain't bones jones

  • you're pretty fast,. it's a nice speed bag, what kind is it?

  • that last segment on the heavybag is worthless

  • Great job on the speed bag! I am just learning, I find once you find your rhythm it becomes easier. I can keep the bag going but it is bouncing twice instead of once. any tips to increase timing?

  • @robroythefirstmm Sure thing, one thing Jesus showed me is just as you said "Timing." Basically, hit the bag once and let the bag go 1, 2, 3, 4, and then hit it again. Once you have that rythm down, bring it to 1,2,3 bounces, and then 1, 2 bounces, and then just flow. Most likely, the reason you are off on the timing of the bag is b/c you are dropping your hands or hitting downwards instead of straight and up through the punch. Hope this helps! God Bless! :)

  • @cenerozzzz shit what about ppl who can't afford them and those who practice the boran ways.

  • @DatBoiLui Ofc there are some (very few) who kicks banana trees once in a while, tried it once and they're really nice kicking and stuff but... Thats just not the normal way of conditioning your shins anymore

  • And on the video: Dude, those elbows were some of the worst I've ever seen, don't ever call them muay thai techniques

  • @cenerozzzz Well, considering I never called them Muay Thai techniques, I guess IF I ever look to study Muay Thai in the fullest, I'll definately remember your comment to ensure I throw Correct Muay Thai elbows (from what you're saying)...

  • @cenerozzzz I'm sure he'd kick your ass so shut the fuck up

  • @cenerozzzz I'm sure he'd kick your ass so shut the fuck up

  • @vivalabrock I'm sure he would, he'd probably have a real good weight advantage! But in muaythai rules? nah

  • I've been looking for a thai trainer too but I guess u only find those in Thailand lol...Just keep doing what u do and watch videos, kick some banana trees like they do in thailand, thats what I'm gonna do when my trees grow a little more

  • the spining hook is not something that you ever want to pull out in a boxing match, because it doesnt generate very much more power, and gives your opponent an easy opportunity to land something serious. hope that helps ... im not hating, just trying to give useful criticism.

  • @MrMrRobS I appreciate the comment! No hating taken :) I was actually just working on some techniques and tricks with the elbows - I wasn't going full strength on those elbows, yet. You are right though, TIMING is essential if and when throwing such moves in a fight. In a boxing match (Sport in ring) - obviously, spinning elbows are not allowed - lol, not that I'm aware of at least :) God Bless!

  • @MrMrRobS Also, I saw your previous post. I guess you deleted it, but still, I can respect what you are saying and I appreciate it. On the heavy bags, I was just going light as my primary focus was technique and trick on the elbows and on the Ball Bag, I was looking at the mirrow for my body movement positioning and form - none-the-less, I appreciate your comments - I'm still working on tightening up areas :) God Bless!

  • your speed bag work is good, but i dont know what you were doing on the other two bags. you seem really feather fisted (train by doing weights, pressups, wide grip pull ups, and throwing power shots on the bags which is something you barely do here at all) you display virtually no lateral movement, and your feet are pretty static.

  • @jkes187 Do you know any good Thai trainners? I train pretty hard but would love to be involved with a Thai trainner specific also! God Bless :)

  • if ur practicin 'bows like that u should hit up a thai trainer

  • @jkes187 Do you know any good Thai trainners?

  • is this a joke? i mean the speedbag wasnt bad but cmon

  • @chaosinesco - Lol...man, it wasn't that bad. Heck, I simply put it up hoping to grab some attention and Honest reviews. Never claimed to be an expert. I hoped to maybe get picked-up by Oscar or Mr. Roach - long shot, but heck, you never know :) Anyways, God Bless!

  • you have a lot of potential man but now you need some k.o. under your belt, *DIB* Do It Big 1 day man you got it

  • U gon need more than that o train with freddie roach lol get like 20kos maybe

  • @bludeviI LOL - man - I'd just love to be able to train with one of those two! Jesus has blessed them a lot. What an honor it would be... :)

  • PROFESSIONAL REVIEW OF YOUR SPEEDBAG VIDEO: NICE BASIC 1,2,3, SIDEWINDER, DOUBLE-SETS, FRONT ELBOW SHOTS. GOOD CRISP RHYTHM, AND GOOD CARDIO SPEED. TRY SOME FIST-ELBOW COMBOS NEXT! THANKS FOR THE UPLOAD. SHOWTIME JOHNNY PAL, SPEEDBAG SPECIALIST

  • Your pretty good man but get a smaller speedbag and see how that goes for ya

  • @Dio69atf Oh man, tell me about it! I love working the smaller speed bags - they are easier to flow with - much faster!! But that was the only Speed Bag the gym had...God Bless! :)

  • Your quick

  • Try one of those spinning elbows against a good tai fighter and let me know how that goes for u. ;)

  • @sandlinda360280...Sure, would you like to see a video on how well the timing went on that one also? :) Let me know. God Bless :)
