I saw them on their "crocodiles - heaven up here" tour and felt like i was dreaming.couldn't believe i was able to hear my favorite echo records, in sequence, live! during the show, i thought of electrafixion. I love this record so much, and think they are crazy, stupid, idiots for not playing anything from this record live, even though they decided to change their name back to ETBM. for me, next to crocodiles and heaven up here, this is my next favorite echo record, followed by porcupine.
I think this version sounds more complete than the one on Burned. I love the added half verse. But what the heck, both are light years ahead of almost everything else.
@Makadonska27 erm. Every... There is a better version of this though for sure. The one I have on the burned album is different to this and in my opinion better.
His voice was Spot On in 1996 on the Burned Tour in Austin TX. And afterwards he signed 19 of my vinyl record covers I'd collected and talked to me as nice as can be without a hint of annoyance. Truly a class act.
@JackInTheFrost That tape was great for a freebie and Terrorivision also class band from that era. Going to see them at Sonisphere in a month, should be great.
Sergeant is one of my fav guitar players. And i'm a metal head.

God I haven't heard for this for years and years. I had this on a cassette that was free with NME or Melody Maker back in the nineties. Great tune.

Saw them at Brighton Concorde 2 in `1995. Was hoping for a return to the Bunnymen. Wish was granted.
