How to boost video quality using Sony Vegas

The boosted video looks like it has a blue tint to it...I don't like that very much, do you know why that effect is there?

Also, where can I modify the video bitrate? I dont see it and cannot find it anywhere. Surely a proper rendering program like Vegas should have it.... My output file is about 1/3 the size of the original. My common sense tells me that if you cut out 2/3 of data, you're cutting out 2/3 the quality.

Question: Is there a way to force render 59FPS at 1920x1080? In the project properties if I have 1920x1080 selected and then select 59FPS on the next drop down below, the resolution drop down automatically reverts back to 1280x720. The highest frame rate I could select at 1920X1080 was 29. The original raw video in VLC player's codec statistics shows to be playing at 59FPS. I would like to keep that frame rate but still improve the picture quality as you suggested in the video.

I had a trial and it looks nice. Real giant of video editors but 600 bucks is too much. I think I'll stick with vReveal. It's easy too use and the basic version is free forever.

@roflberrypwncakes yea I think because there is no way he can give you exact numbers to set for each effect. Everybody's video camera is different, the lighting, the angle in how you shoot etc... It would be like using the same settings I use to mix my music and you use the same exacting. Not going to give you the same results

yoo nick there is a file that you use to make the sky a solid colour (green screen) then you just use the simple green screen to get rid of the sky (its only for pc which i know u have) and emm yea thats how mazarini and that do it :D
