This phone is the best!! I got it yesterday and I love it ... the only bad thing about this phone is the battery life and so far many people have said that the phone turns off on its self it is because the phone needs to be charged.If you had the env 2 than the charger that came with it is the same as the env 2...I have found that the charger that came with it is a huge pain in the behind.This phone is awsome and only has to be charged everyday I think but that is not with nonstop use. I LOVE IT

It has way better features than the dare, but the battery really sucks. for ex. you can brows the web for hours on the dare...but the web on the env touch only last for about 5 mins on a full charge.

@cheerislyffee it its terrible... i hate it i have the fone and the sad thing is... if you shut the fone off for a long perioid of time, it changes all ur settings... O AND THE SCREEN SUXS!!! i am a verizon customer and the lg env touch is TERRIBLE!! the other sad thing is tht they only tell u the good things about it, on lil scratch on the screen, the screen breaks... i had to get it repaired 4 times bc of the screen... take my workd.... it sucks

i have had the exact same problem i have had tons of problems with my dare i have had 6 of them and all have been defective phones and now im stuck with it for another year and a half is there anything i can do to get a new phone free because i cant stand my dare at this point

You're replacements weren't crap because of luck, I had the same problem with my KRZR replacements a few years back. It's the insurance company. Consumer Reports even said to not pay the money for the insurance and replacements, they are made to break, literally

it really was the biggest piece of shit ive ever owned. But yeah, they do that with ALL phones with Verizon. If you have gotten an insurance replacement phone, you most likely know it's Ensurion brand, and the give nearly broken refurbed phones to people as replacements.

my first LG Dare broke within 2 days and it was replaced. I have not had any more issues and it is perfect, the only thing I hate is the keypad is not really accurate and texting is a little hard.

Try recalibrating your screen with a pen cap, or a fine point object (obviously don't scratch your screen), makes it a lot better.

A guy at my work has the enV Touch and went through 3 or 4 in a month, due to phone defects. Restarts randomly, if he got two texts at once the phone would restart. Mainly restarts, and most of them broke.
