I can't help but critique this and I love the Soprano's but what happened to doing an EKG the first time they went to the hospital? And most hospitals would keep him overnight for evaluation at that age. Also, if someone appears to be in such distress as Phil right before he went to the hospital again, please call 911 don't drive them yourself. If he kicks the bucket in the passenger seat of your car nobody can help him.
