gymnastics - spotting the "Pak" salto

I tryed a pak and i hit my head on the bar because i let go to late but know i can do it. it was just a fluke thing.

true, some like to push u up high and around so you over rotate

It's not that hard of a spot, but a lot of coaches do it incorrectly, so don't be rude.

not to be rude but she doesn't seem strong enough to spot most hard skills anyway, and difficulty depends alot on the kid as well

It appears to me the female coach is working on developing timing and comfort in the spot. Strength does not appear to be the issue here.

My female coach helped me get my pak salto and she never dropped me once.
