About the scene at 1:04 It really happens, Princess Snake wants to kill Goku from the start, in the anime, she poisoned all the food, the hot tub of water is not lava, but she tried to cook him alive, then one of the servants tell Goku to play something called Russian Roulette, then she says that there is a possibility of 1 to 6 to die, then she shoots herself and dies, Goku is impressed, but that could not killed him. "Watch the very first DB episode"
