It can be ran on PC using an emulator called 'MAME'. Search google for that, and then search it again for 'Carnevil.chd'. Look up a tutorial on how to put the two together to get it all working, and you've now access to all of the world's arcade games (which will also come in .chd files).

@SuperPlague235 Thanks :D Well the best way to play it is to go to an arcade and hope they have it but if they don't, or if there isn't an arcade close to you (like me) you can download a thing called MAME 32 UI and the different CarnEvil files and play it on the computer. If you need help with that see the video that this is a response to.

@madworld932 I'd like to help you but I don't know if I can :( The only things I could think of why it's not working is either you didn't move it into the games folder that's in the mame32UI folder (I know it's stupid that you have to save it in a subfolder under the mame folder). Or you might need to get the CHD file for Carnevil (mostly doesn't come with the download for some reason). That's all the help I can give you so I hope that helps. IF it doesn't work talk to BobDole2isback he can help
