Wouldn't that be a twister in 3D though? Sora and Riku both pass the Mark of Mastery (or they're still taking it) but then shortly afterwards, Riku get's turned into a heartless, and of course Sora would save him. But then, (in KH3) Xehanort, finds Riku's nobody, and uses him against Sora and Riku. Thus, Riku would have a hard time fighting his own nobody.

@Revix77 I was under the impression that Mickey dropped him there after they were trapped in the Realm of Darkness at the end of KH1. Mickey is unaffected by the Dark but Riku would have been consumed, so Mickey dumped him in the first place he could find that was in the Realm In-between.

I find it weird that out of the 3 Riku has never been a heartless and also lacks a nobody, Kairi (has a nobody) and Sora (been a heartless and has a nobody)

try playing (or watching a playthrough of) Kingdom Hearts II. That should answer a few questions.

Then there's Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, which shows you what's happening in the organization's stronghold around the same time as the events of this game. There are 13 'official' members of the organization and 1 extra (revealed in Days, and does not appear anywhere else) who is the only member that's not a nobody. Only traitors loyal to Marluxia (aside from Axel) came to this castle.

final mix is just a redux of the original game wuth new features. - just like RE.

yes, FM is only released in japan, but KH2 has been released worldwide (a while ago)

(the cover has a II on it, but it blends into the KH symbol, but the front shows Sora in a new outfit sitting next to a grown Kairi with Roxas sitting behind them with Donald and Goofy on either side and Mickey at the top)

there's also a new game: "KH: Birth By Sleep".

dude you rock. i was playing KH2 but was told to play this first so i did, but i found it rather........em..well i did not like the system very much. after watching you play the sora part, im rather confused. Riku's first level is actually one of Sora's last. The voice in his head explains the nature of the castle, but when explaining if Riku will meet people here, it ends with a note that has us VERY worried....

MAN, the enemies down here are SERIOUSLY nerfed....and it seems Riku is incapable of using sleights at all....

Riku levels up a lot faster than Sora. And he doesn't have much choice in terms of the number of bonuses he receives....

Oh wait, Riku CAN use sleights! Its just that his deck is SEVERELY limited....

I REALLY don't like Riku's animation when he receives a level up bonus....
