@KissVirgin09 most people have oily eyelids and their eyeshadows fade as well if they don't put something on before the shadow. That's the key. Try Urban Decay's Primer Potion.

i still use them, but I haven't purchased any in a while. I have purchased some from ebay, from the brands manic panic and medusa's makeup. I recieved a couple of free ones from scandalous cosmetics and forever glam cosmetics, and I have bought a few from Urban Outfitters. I would just purchase them from whoever is the cheapest at the moment, because they are all the same.
