eu tenho ótimo ouvido para musicas, esse cara toca bem, mas as sequências de dedilhado esta bastante errada durante a música toda, infelizmente, sei que quando você se acostuma a tocar uma musica de uma forma, é difícil aprende-la de outra, por isso estudei muito, cada detalhe dessa música, pra não sair nada errado, se prestarem bem atenção, escutarão que as sequências estão erradas, é só comparar a original junto com a que ele tocou, fica evidênte os erros ^^

Absolutely incredible guitar skills here. Flawless execution, very smooth. I can tell you have been practicing this for a very long time, it's got a lot of heart in it.

I do have one suggestion I'd like to make though. Not a critique, just something I personally think would sound nice. If you could find a friend who plays the flute and replace the midi file in the background with a flute playing that tune I think it would sound beautiful.

ANSWER: i guess u just tuned your guitar to low or to high...try to hear the E string in the video when its open and tune yout guitar like his...

Actually, I think the song was played with an acoustic guitar for the original version, from what i hear in the mp3. Just have to keep practicing at it. But if you're having problems cause the metal strings heart, then you can try nylons on a classical for the time being at least until your fingers get used to it :)

I think I read somewhere (I could be wrong, though) that this song was originally in synthesized format using a keyboard programmed to sound like a guitar. But this trivia is totally besides the point. Practicing this hurts my fingertips, too (hands have horizontal marks on them)! I just began playing the guitar a week ago! I've memorized the tabs a bit but I get confused with the order of the plucking! What the pluck?!

Finger picking is kinda hard, but you get used to it. He's using his pinky for the E string, his ring finger for the B string, his middle for the G, and his index for the A. He's using his thumb for the top E and B strings

this is a pretty complex song, so you should learn the basics of guitar playing before going into complex techniques like finger picking

also, dont worry about your hands, they will adapt with time

this game's music is great. i don't understand why people don't know about the chrono when it comes to game musics. instead, i hear people saying zelda musics are the best. in my view, people only enjoy zelda musics cause theyre a fan of zelda & they support fan stuff. i never played chrono cross and not a fan but the musics drew me. thats how we know if music is good. the music attracts first not the game theres a such thing as good music. sound ain't on the ear of the beholder cc proves it

Excellent work, man. I've been a chrono cross fan all my life. since 11 actually(hehehe...). I'm also a guitar player, so I was hoping this guy( dont know his name, sorry) also has a video of him playing the soundtrack from the Bend Of Time. I noticed you play it somewhat differently from what I've learned. When playing the B string, then the D, then the G, you instead play the B, then the G, then the D. That's how it sounds, at least.

The midi in the background is meant to complement the song, to make it sound fuller. It just plays the bass note of each chord and the melody. I used Able Editor 1.3 to mute the rhythm that I play :P
