  • Clint ran into some severe bumps in the road - got badly hurt skiing, was impaled by a pole when he fell and it pierced his heart, later had some kind of tumor that affected one of his eyes.

  • The best music out of this entire sequence was when they played the original themes from both Wyatt Earp & Cheyenne.

  • God,how I loved watching this tv movie and one last time seeing some of TV's greatest western stars in the roles that made them immortal:Chuck Connors as Lucas "Rifleman" McCain,Johnny Crawford as his son Mark,Clint Walker as Cheyenne Bodie,Hugh O'Brian as Wyatt Earp,Gene Barry as Bat Masterson,Brian Keith as "The Westerner" Dave Blassingame,James Drury & Doug McClure from "The Virginian",Jack Kelly as Bart Maverick and David Carradine as Kwai Chang Caine from "Kung Fu".Just Awesome.

  • I love the music that plays at 1:10 so bad ass for wyatt and cheyenne lol.

  • does anybody has this whole movie?

  • I think Clint is Great. Long Live Clint!

  • Hey! Mr. Walker can park his boots at my cabin at 33 years of age or 83 years of age. A gentleman like him never ages.

  • Awesome! Love Mr. Walker!

  • Wyatt erp Wyatt erp! Courageous and bold! Long live the name and long live his honor

  • Clint Walker and Chuck Connors and Clint Eastwood they just don't make em like that anymore and never will again.

  • @mythic89 I second all the way to TENTH that. Add the 'Wyatt Earp' theme song, and BOOOOOOOOOYAH,

  • Clint Walker is the king of cool. That character really is the standard of what manhood should be. Unlike the Gansta' rappers, WWE wrestlers, and obnoxious reality tv dolts that have somehow become heros to young people, his Cheyenne character has the traits to which we should all aspire. Some may say it's corny or old-fashioned, but that program showed the notion that might CAN make right.

  • Poor horsies

  • I didn't like Clint Eastwood when he was young and don't like him now. He doesn't seem to have looks or character.

  • Don't like Reba hurt! I love her!! The main reason I bothered to even watch this!

  • cool film clip, love it, cheerrs Stonewash

  • cheyenne has aged but he still roams the west

  • THERES ONLY ONE!One Wyatt Earp! Hugh OBrian. And he knows just how to handle that Colt Buntline Special!

  • rona barrett once recalled the time she went over to hugh o'brien's house to interview him, found him in the pool, she sat down in a lounge chair and he popped out of the pool nude and walked right up to her.

she said he was known as huge o'brien in hollywood circles.

  • I read an interview with an actress (since deceased) who guest starred on some of the

    early westerns (Cheyenne, Maverick, Wyatt

Earp). She said Hugh O'Brian gave her a ride

home one night (was young enough she still

lived with her parents) & he tried to get her to

"play with" a certain body part. Hear enough of

these kinds of stories, makes ya think maybe

Mr. O'Brian was a bit of a jerk. Have never

heard any bad stuff about Clint.

  • @carolnell

you will never will hear anything bad about clint, he was a one of a kind man

  • Clint Walker was sitting across from me,recently in Utah and as I mentioned before....he has the body of a Greek God.

His face is that of a very young man and he STILL WORKS OUT WITH WEIGHTS. I think brassplyer needs glasses.

  • Clint was ruggedly athletic in his younger days and was a naturally gifted actor but ran into some severe health problems. His downslide started when his heart was punctured by a ski pole which almost killed him, and severely hampered his career. I believe he also had a tumor behind one of his eyes, which is why it looks odd here.

After his ski accident he did a short lived series called "Kodiak" but you see even then he wasn't the same.

  • Clint Walker NEVER looks bad.I met him at The Western Legends Roundup in UTAH last year and he looked GREAT FOR ANY AGE. The man is an AMERICAN HERO,one of FEW.

  • S maybe Clint looks bad in this video. Do we really care? I'm sure all of us have looked bad at one time or another in our lives. Unfortunately, we don't know what was going on with Clint in his personal life during this film. I love the man and wish him only the best.

  • @celticthunderfan52 Consider his age here.....How will WE look at that age, IF we even live that long!!!

  • I think you both have good points. My personal opinion is that Clint is gorgeous on the inside, the outside, and whatever other side you can think of no matter how old he is or what he looks like; have I seen other good looking old men, yes...have I seen other good looking old men that top Clint Walker in so far as regard....nope. :) I think he would be flattered that we regard him to be so handsome at his age and he would also remind us that handsome is as handsome does. Lol

  • Mr. Clint Walker, THE Big Guy Himself looks fabulous at 82, surely due to his lifelong healthy living, exercise, eating and clean living. He was married to his first wife for 20 years and his second wife for 20 years before her passing - that is quite unheard of in a place of temptations like Hollywood. He has the highest of moral standards and spirituality. May you live many more years, Mr. Walker and peace be with you and God bless you!

  • My god, take off the rose colored glasses. He looks terrible here, like he IS 82, despite the fact that he was only 64 when this was filmed.

And that ravaged face doesn't come from "healthy", "clean living".

"Cheyenne Bodie will live forever in my imagination."

    Obviously. :)

  • This was made in '91; his 2nd wife died of cancer

in '94. I don't know how long she was sick but

maybe Clint just felt there were more important

things to focus on at the time than his looks. I

read a post on another site from a woman who

    worked in the hospital where she was treated;

she talked about how nice he was & how he cared for her. Says a lot about beauty on the

inside. And he looks great at 82; seems well &

happy with Susan. We all should be so lucky!

  • I didn't say that he wasn't a nice guy, I was just replying to Princess' comment that he looked 'fabulous', which I took to mean he looked fabulous in this clip, which he made when he was 64 years of age.

Clint Eastwood, another nice guy, who is only 3 years younger than Walker, looks younger today than Walker did in this clip shot over 18 years ago.

    Trivial yes, but true.

  • Dannybex...I'm afraid no matter what I say, you won't get it. How could I be talking about the clip if I said he looks fabulous at 82 and he was 64? I was speaking about him as a total person. What makes a man look fabulous to me is not just what's on the outside. It's a combination of things. And I guess "young" looks are subjective. I don't think Clint Eastwood looks as anywhere near as good as Clint Walker. Never has and never will.

  • @dannybex well, you survive a ski pole through the heart AND cancer, and we'll see how well you look. That 'ravaged face' came from having cancer. How many 83 yr olds do you know that still lift weights?

  • @carroll1956 Whatever you say must be the absolute truth. And by the way, my 86 year old mother in law lifts her couch and other furniture out into the back yard so she can clean her carpets, and also mows her own lawn.

  • @PrincessPocahontas1

hes 64 in this show, and yes, he plays himself very well. even at age 82 he is still in shape, just a little rounder

  • Cheyenne Bodie will live forever in my imagination. He will always be single and the most gorgeous, sexy, macho, gentleman cowboy there is. He and Princess Pocahontas have made many private episodes of Cheyenne together and they will continue to do so! I loved this and can't get enough. Please post more, more, more. Theo, if you can, please post the episode, "Border Affair". That's the one where Cheyenne falls in love with a Spanish princess. His look of unrequited love is priceless.

  • Bodie. Cheyenne Bodie. I was watching Cheyenne today on Encore Western.

  • can you get this on dvd

  • 2exclusive4yall is incorrect! correction lunettagrant

  • Regardless of his age and actions, Clint walker still moves me even at the age of 82!!!!!!

  • Well...nobody will ever say that I am not an admirer of the great Clint Walker...my numerous tributes to him speak for themselves...but I am sorry...I don't think he looked that well in this film. His body was out of shape, and his hair kooked rather strange. regardless....I still love you Clint.

  • I hear you Saunders... I think he was out of shape at the time they made this movie...but there was a long time in between, that he was out of the public eye.and we didn't see him age....like he said in the clip.. Things have been pretty quiet for me lately.... That was for real....We will always see him as the magnificently handsome, beautiful man who graced the small screen and the big screen... He was, and is Bigger than life....and will always be my Hero...Thank You Clint....

  • amen...Peg!

  • I can only hope I look as good as I age as Clint does. I think he's aged very well. He's been through so many ordeals in his life that would have KILLED a normal person & yet he's come through them with flying colors! There is NO one like Clint Walker. He is truly one of a kind & a very special man. He'll always have my utmost respect, admiration & complete affection. I adore him! And I want to see MORE of him. I dont care that he's now 82 yrs old. He has TONS more to offer his fans. MORE CLINT!

  • I have watched just about every western series that has been on telivision, and in my opinion Cheyenne was the best by far... he was the most genuine Hero of all, even tho he was a ficticious character unlike Wyatt Earp who was based on real life.. Clint Walker was Cheyenne on the screen and in real life....

  • Great video..I saw this back when it first appeared on tv, it was fun to watch it again....I loved how they played his themesong at the end of the clip,,and his comments on how things have been pretty quiet for me lately, and it's good to get the old heart pumping.. My heart is pumping every time I see him.....

  • Oh Yeah!!!! I Loved The Mighty Clint's entrance!!!! He looks and sounds so great!!!!The movie makers out there really should give him more guest appearances.,He's our HERO!!!.I just love watch him no matter how old he gets..
