  • im about as skinny as this kid. im not quite as ripped but still, if youre this skinny and youre strong, like this kid obviously is, then you know it kicks ass. being skinny and strong is good for performance. just like with cars. nobody seeks to add extra weight to a car that doesnt provide extra power. and personally i love seeing other people underestimate me just cause im thin.

Work out every muscle (even legs) in your body at a weight that you can do 8-12 reps with, and eat a diet rich in protein (about 20 grams every 3 hours). If you want overall body mass, eat high calories too, but if you favor a six pack and that "ripped" look, eat lean proteins only.

    This works for all body types. But don't expect results until six months in. Muscle building is a long, slow process. If you try and rush it you'll hurt yourself.

  • im guessing your just using machines, or you have a weights set in your room, thats the problem with skinny people trying to build up, its not about the main muscle groups its about all the secondary muscle groups stop doing bench, sit ups, bicep curls and start running pull ups chin ups, over unders seriously if you want to get bigger doing the same shit you see the big dudes in ur local gym do aint goin to do it for you, theyve built up their secondary, sledge hammer and a tyre start there
