once you get the bell swinging full circle and the bell is balanced properly you barley have to pull the rope

good ringing up. I have rang up the treble at the tower I rang in few strokes because I pull it very hard and it goes up quicker.

Ps you need to wear a belt.

your ringing with a slightly slack rope mate try letting the rope guide your hands a bit more
