It's Poser, I'm pretty sure. Poser allows you to make hi-res models and apply hi-res textures (like skin with freckles).

Poser is a cheap and easy way get some half-decent character animation, but there in no way in hell you could ever get photo-realism and facial animation results like this from poser, not in a million years. btw, nice animations on you profile!
