@chubphucka Why don't you just enjoy the show and stop worrying about judging all the time. Those two are wonderful singers, but not everything is assessed by the technical, glitter, or glamour. Ms. Midler has the earthiness, the groundedness, the realness that reaches out. And plenty of people listen to the Divine Ms. M, and to neither of those two.

Yes but you're forgetting that it's not just about having the GREATEST voice. It's about delivering a performance that connects with the audience and Bette always does that. Personally I'd rather see a performance that simply just listening to people sing. Bette's the best performer and personally I love her voice. She looks fabulous.

I love this version. I remember she said that she was sick from jetlag and freezing. She did a wonderful job. She looks fabulous as always. I swear she looks younger and younger every time I see her.
