You mean the motif (My roster's puny compared to most), EvE Battle? I found it at MUGEN Infantry. As for characters, I usually do things like browse forums & YouTube for new releases and go to large hosting areas like RandomSelect for the bigger-name ones.

I'll check out random select then...oh i tried getting a screenpack to work but it messed the game up and now none of the characters appear...*sigh*
