of course you need a license to fly it you need a license to fly any plane but what kinda plane is that? i gotta say im still in flight school and ive gotten pretty good at my landings but god damn i can guess with your landings on those mountain tops you got a good few hours under your belt yeah?
If you'd be so kind to consider it, I'm wondering if- while you're in the "area"- you could attempt to photograph a particular rare and distinctive species of spruce. I should say, "exceedingly rare," though I wouldn't be surprised if you're already familiar with it, since you seem to have a way of getting to some pretty remote places. I won't waste your time with details unless you want to know more.
Greeat flying...will scout around for one of the same type and start flying like what is shown...nice flying....Vne? Caution range rather to be precise.
@kelbymiller That's the Zenith 701. You need about 90' or so to take off and land, less with any headwind at all. Cruises about 100 with the Rotax 100 HP. Stalls around 28 mph solo. Google Zenithair to learn more.
@Saberpride73 This guy is landing in remote areas on mountain top clearings that are the size of a postage stamp risking life and limb, not to mention his plane. I am thinking he isn't too concerned about Vne! LOL

I've heard this can take you as high as 12 000-15 000 feet, pretty damn awesome for an STOL sports utility plane.

I guess it makes the whole thing alot easier when you have a plane with a very low stall speed.
