as of 9/30/10 ALL CHARGES AGAINST RANDALL THAXTON HAS BEEN DROPPED,UNFORTUNATELY THE DOGS WERE KILLED BY THE CHEROKEE COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL BUT NOW RANDALL LAWSUIT STARTS!!!!
Well cherokee county has put randalls dogs down,they said after being in there care for 2 years they were dangrous and very sick so a vet ordered them to be put down randalls family is heart broken,these dogs were there pets.even after the report from dept of agr. 6 months ago there were fine health happy playing with staff members. they became ill and mean????
on4/7/10 randall went for calander call in court on his case,his lawyer,mr kessler as filed a motion to be taken off the case randall had reced this letter on 3/29/10,he wrote a letter of responce to the court stating the reason he felt mr kessler was not representing him but when the judge read it all he could do was tell randall he had less than 48 hours to get a new lawyer or he will be locked back up!!
today i contacted cherokee and forysth counties,about there new NO tethering law,i asked them who is respoceiable if the dog gets out of the pens or fences that we are forced to use.marshall ray waters told me the homeowner is.
On 1/5/10 dept of agr.sent a agent to inspect Randall dogs at the cherokee co.animal shelter,per her inspection all the dogs were alert and health,did not note that the red dog had a fugus on his nose .legs and back.this is cause by leaving them in the cages while clweeaning the cage and leaving the dog to lay on wet concrete!!! asking for another inspection!!!!
Dec 18th William panick dogs were seized,he was taken to jail for two weeks,they only took his apbt leaving other dogs behind to fin for thereselfs,now,they cant connect him with dogfighting but the hsus of atlanta are wanting to put the dogs down, they say after only 2 months it has cost them$29,000.00 to keep them up,WHAT we have 20 and it dont take that for a whole year!!! IF YOU are suporrting the hsus of atlanta you need to stop they only want to kill the apbt

Another rainy day in Ga.Chuck simmon was caught on James Carriger property yesterday(2/4/10) james caught him videoing and taking pitchures of his dogs laying in the bushes behind his home,james is the president of the ga. apbt assc, NOW HIS DOGS are in DANGER,norrad will be back,james explained to him what he does but that wont stop chuck!! he will be back to take and try to kill his dogs.
As of 2/2/10 Randall thaxton dogs will be relesed to Joe woodall,they have dropped the dangorus dog charges,and the dogfighting charges,now we are waiting to see how many are really still alive.but they still refuse to give him all his property back
