As a big fan of Isaac Asimov ( writer of I, Robot) I can say that it looks like someone ripped apart the plot from the original story, stuffed it with bullshit and product placement, and threw it on the market...

Everyone I talk to about this move always say that they hate it.

They keep saying it's unfaithful to Azimuv's books and while I can understand that kind of opinion from fans of his work, I think films should be judged on their own merits rather than how they stack up against what they're adapted from.

Take this film for example, I've always liked it.

Sure there were a few questions but the story, the pacing, the action. I liked all of it. Especially Alan Tudyk's performance as Sonny.
