It's well worth commenting when comments are screened, so the poor sods have to choose between being full-time censorship enforcers or choosing one of the two other options. More and more people are leaning toward the real search for truth where the internet provides unlimited information. There's even different perspectives on various views & with a little research, it doesn't take very long to sort out the logical vs the asinine, manipulated information that's based purely on BS. If I person is legit in their search for the truth, its there. Yet if a person is looking for something to validate their misguided views, that's there as well.
Quite the opposite happens in Brazilian atheist videos... the thumbs up are not that bigger here. Brazilian atheist pages are also full of Christian trolls who go there saying they´re offended by stuff we post on our own space.
I think its more size and access. Community X may consist of a few hundred people, most of them religious but the internet is a community consisting of billions. In a way, the popularity of atheism on the internet could be compared to the Italian Reniassance. While the kings and popes were busy fighting each other, artists and intellectuals were building communities around innovation, the arts and free thought. Sure they were still religious but the parallels could be made between how they were able to thrive in Italy while atheists are able to thrive on the Internet. The free flow of ideas (although threatened because of SOPA) has created a culture.

@theetrue No those are the ones im asking you to explain which god is proven to control.Why does these things exist if hes a loving god?Christians blame everything that goes wrong on the devil, and detract from responsability.If someone goes crazy an shoots up people its cos the devil was in him , not because he had issues wit sociaty an had grown bitter.I notice you avoid the question to name call an insult me.Thats dissapointing.
