@vazko91 you can use the ; key to move down a track and the p key to move up a track. As long as the A-Z shortcut button is activated in the top right corner of the Pro Tools Edit window.
@paypacutrecords If you want to switch a Hard Drive from T (Transfer) to R (Record) and it isn't allowing you to. For example it is giving you an error. Try deleting your Pro Tools preference files.

Tab to transient which I hover over in the video. This allows you to jump to the beginning of drum hits by pressing the tab key on your keyboard. Also the A to Z button which allows you to use one key shortcuts. This makes it easier when copying, pasting and moving between tracks.

i actually tried to turn to T to R and it wouldn't allow it...do you have any other suggestions?
