  • I have PCOS and take fertility blend you can find it at gnc or amazon. It regulates the body very well and are about $30. some people say they have been able to get pregnant the second month of use. I have not been trying I just use it to balance my hormones and it works very well within the first month also omega 3 or krill.

  • You are so inspiring! I keep a food journal, with my daily weight and what I ate the day before. Found from this, that my thyroid is bad--and that I need to avoid all soy, cruciferous veggies, and wheat gluten. PCOS and thyroid trouble seem to go together....I am inspired about the agave in the coffee--Starbucks is my addiction, and Hershey's with almonds. I think PCOS is caused by mercury, so I try to take chlorella daily, for detox.

  • @DeeAmberAndrade Did you ever try doing food raw diet? I'm looking online and on YT, and it seems that it's working for a lot of women with PCOS. I will keep you updated.

  • @kahealani63 I have not, but I have heard many great things about it! :)

  • the psyllium husk is fiber! YAY fiber! which helps women wit PCOS. Drink lots and lots of water :)

I really wish you and your husband the best and hope that you will be successful with having a wonderful child/children. As for me? I am on the same boat. Trying to have a baby. I put it in Gods hands and hopes that he will be able to bless me. Thanks for all the helpful tips!

  • I once spoke to a lady who said sprouted grain is good to eat for women with PCOS. she also suggested that we drink 8oz of pomegranate juice. PURE 100% usually found in whole food stores/organic stores. I have also started taking psyllium HUSK with organic molasses. You start off a tsp. each 4 times a day, and then increase it to a tbl. spoon each 4 times a day. You usually would mix that in warm water and drink it. It not only cleanses your colon, but it helps regulate your digestive system.

  • @kahealani63 Let us know how it works for you!

  • Yaaaay, I am so excited to have gound this vid...I am 29 yrs old, with PCOS and haven't really had much insight as to regulate my way in a "doable" manner...I appreciate your tips! Thank you

  • Thank you very much for your tips I will put them to use. If you find more please share them with us.

  • hey awesome vlog! I just subscribed :) Hey you mentioned IVF... ever hear of NaPro Technology? It's run by Catholic doctors, and it's scientifically proven to work better than IVF. I started going to them for PCOS (not trying to get preggo but just wanted to regulate myself) but stopped because the clinic was far from me. Lots of stories though, about how women who couldn't get preggers with IVF had success with NaPro :)

  • I love Stevia! It's fantastic for balancing out blood sugar levels, which we definitely need! :)

I absolutely love your channel. Life is tough with this disease. It is really nice to see someone with so much energy and life showing us ladies how it is done! Amazing! :D

  • @Coucou1981 Yeah, I'm not sure why with PCOS it just sits in the middle area?? OYE!!! You will lose the weight. It's harder limiting the carbs with PCOS (it's such an oxymoron??), but we can do it...lol

  • Great video! I will keep your healthy lifestyle for your ultimate goals in my prayers. Keep up the exercise and healthy eating, it can do wonders.

  • @Steffmd25 Thank you so much!!! Yes, I am working hard on it sweetie. I know what my ultimate goal, God willing!

  • @coshun2003 Yeah, I'm not sure why with PCOS it just sits in the middle area?? OYE!!! You will lose the weight. It's harder limiting the carbs with PCOS (it's such an oxymoron??), but we can do it...lol

  • An alternative to stevia is sucanat. Sucanat is non-refined cane sugar, and unlike stevia is delicious! At the end of the day sugar organic or refined cane is still sugar, so moderation is key.

  • @jazzwomann I will look into it. Thanks for the tip.

  • I like the ezekiel bread. I am so proud of you. I have to get back into the swing of things...you are my saviour!

  • @brnize1969 Awwww thank you, boo!! You will do it, don't worry!!!

  • Thanks for sharing this video! I was diagnosed w/ PCOS last year. It took a while for me to digest the info & come to a realization that I needed to make changes. Ppl have suggested organic food to be but I haven't found any I liked yet. And after 2 months I'm finally able to tolerate soy milk. OH and I switched out my SWEET TEA (my liquid crack) for Green or Herbal tea. Baby steps.

But thanks for your video. It's very encouraging. And I pray for your continued health :-)

  • @reesecup60 I know that organic food can be pricey, but with pcos it's the best way to go. SInce I'm not working right now, I go between regular food and organic foods. Have you tried whole foods? It's pricey, but try the organic popcorn...YUMMMMMM! Fage yogurt, you can get at regular markets. Organic waffles and pizza are really tasty. Keep me posted on your progress. Thanks for watching and thank you for the kind words.

  • @BrownFaceTV thanks for responding! i don't have whole foods near me but i will check down the organic isle for those waffles. thanks for ur help.

  • Congrats! keep at it you are doing well!!!

  • @jellycoconut Hey boo!! What's doing? Thanks honey!!

  • Congrats on the weight loss! If you're like me, one of the biggest hurdles to weight loss is overcoming unhealthy snacking...glad I found RiceWorks Brown Rice Crisps (less fat than a potato chip, wheat and gluten free, fiber source, low cholesterol). Also, check out Walden Farms products...no calories, fat, carbs, gluten, or sugar of any kind. I use their products as an alternative to regular condiments. Keep making changes and your body WILL respond positively! Best wishes!

  • @sunkris2930 Girl, who you telling!! My biggest problem is eating...lol I will exercise all day if necessary, but my eating was not the best for pcos. In the regular world, I was cool. Thanks so much for the suggestions. I am RUNNING to shop rite to see if I find the RiceWorks. Where can I get Walden Farms...natural market or local super?? Thanks hon!!

  • @BrownFaceTV You're most welcome! I hope you're able to find the RiceWorks. They're delish! You should be able to find Walden Farms in your local grocery store. Check out their website, too...they have pretty decent recipes to try.

  • GREAT INFO!!! I've recently lost 34 pounds. I'm at the smallest size ever as an adult (size 8,, some 6's---coming from a size 12-14) Right now I feel like I hit a wall as far as finding other healthy options/ideas. I think I may consider looking at more organic and whole grain products. THANKS!

  • @lovejone1 Girl, I am PRAISING for you!!! 34 pounds!!! I am too proud of you, cause I know how hard it can be!! Yes, an old co-worker loss 30 pounds just by switching all her food to organic. No exercise at all!! If I was working I would probably do the same, but I'm working with what I got right now...lol Thanks YOU for being an inspiration. I got 5 more pounds to go!!
