Thats like saying cheese burgers from a fast food restaurants will make you want to drive your car faster and there for raise the chances or getting into a wreck so we should make cheese burgers illegal. Give me a break where do you get this from? You need to wake up your in denial and only the truth will prevail. In a recent study,12 chimpanzee's were given marihuana three times a day for 12 month's.
They were then given a series of simple tests to do in maths,history and English, all of the chimps failed the tests except one.
