Desslok the greatest villain of anime. Inn my honest opinion the only other villain that even comes close is Raoh from "Fist of the North Star", but Desslok still wins.
Seeing this video, though you might be interested to know that Eddie Allen (the actor who did the voice of Desslok in the original "Star Blazers" dub) will be appearing for the first time at a science fiction convention this March 26-28 at I-Con in Stony Brook NY, along with Amy Howard-Wilson (Nova), Tom Tweedy (Venture), and Ken Meseroll (Wildstar). (I'd post a link but Youtube doesn't seem to like URLs in comments... just google I-CON for info!)
