It is sideshow organ music parodying the obligatory warning sign for the fairground attraction to come. It is tongue in cheek because Monty Python is otherwise an anti-establishment establishment. You don't necessarily need to be this high>------- to be admitted as a Python attraction, but it probably helps. Fox on the other hand must have limboed in. How low can you go Fox?
This is from the end of the film, after one of the cops smashes the camera. i dunno why they had music over it. Maybe CBS-Fox cut out the ending credits, but forgot to silence the music
If you saw the movie in the theater, the cop smashes the camera, the screen goes black and that music start playing - that's it. End of movie. After about 3-4 minutes people figure out the movie is over and start leaving.
Yeah, I have the DVD version, and the screen went black and the music started playing. I kept waiting for something to happen until it stopped. I felt pretty stupid.
i think this from 1984

@Coolhaksta2010 No, these warning screens weren't used until at least 1986.

Yes, the movie is 32 years old so I thought I would describe what the ending was like so there's really no reason to stick out your tongue like that.
