  • Since I only speak English, I'm totally cool with the subtitles. Do you think you could include a screen at the end with all of the ingredients listed and their quantities though too? The scrolling text is nice so I can follow, but it's difficult to write down for the recipe...so both ways would be perfect :) Thank you for posting this video.

  • I am glad you decided to add the English subtitles to it. Some of your earlier recipes dont have it. Not that I care a whole lot. Coming from Bombay Marathi was mandatory in school SO i know what she's saying most of the time. Sometimes some words baffle me so am glad for the English subtitles.

  • Great. I am sure now you will try out the recipe. Let us know how you like it once you try it out.

  • Hi,

Can you pls tell me how the red chilli paste is made. I have seen the subtitles but cannot figure out if the chillies are deseeded and if the paste is made using only water???

  • U can grind the whole red chillies without deseeding, with ginger and garlic n some water to blend well.

  • Soak the dried chillies in warm water for half an hour. If you wish to remove seeds, you can remove them otherwise grind them along with seeds and little water.

    Happy Cooking!
