  • hers an idea adapted from someone using tubes , its a plat version of his desigh , copper in the stainless , like if you scandwich a sheet of copper in 2 stainless sheets then instead of power going through all stainless its a thin wall of it , and seal all but the connection side with stainless so it doesnt corrode ie

    cec

    scs

sss where c is copper , e is electrical connection to copper and s is stainless , we need least resistance to electricity and most resistance to rust or corosion

  • your efficiency is going to be in the shitter with all those designs anyway . so using stainless power leads isn't really going to hurt anything. BUT putting copper wire into the electrolyte bath is a no no. electrolysis will destroy copper. even if it's wrapped up tight. Thus creating a bad connection. that connection will want to short out and will start to arch. an arch inside your container is bad news. can you say BOMB.

see my channel for more details. :)

  • I have compiled a playlist that follows the proper order of this instructional videos which is available at my channel.

  • Hi Michael Raynes, the stainless pannels you use have holes, some one told me that it is better to use solid sheets becuse you get more surface area, What do you think?

    can you please help

  • Were these plates custom fabricated or did you buy them precut?
