Yep this place is real, I use to live in Bayville.. and scoured this area for plates at stuff, I believe it's the site of an old restaurant which Capone visited. And yes fishing at Crystal Lake is good, caught some nice gar's in there.

this was just someones house , back around 1970 we had frends that lived righ down the street . we went down that trail all the time . back then there was more to it . it was a house . sometime later it burned . and this is all thats left there are other 1920s houses around there that look a lot like this one . there was one on station road ( it burned ) and the royal pines hotel
