However, he won't stay at Texas Tech for very long. His goal is simply to get back to Texas A&M and finish his coaching career there.

He's already stated several times, while he was at AU, that his top choices in coaching were: Texas A&M and Auburn. You're sadly mistaken if you think Tubs will stay at Texas Tech if another SEC school or Texas A&M offers him a job. At best, Tubs will stay at TT for 3-4 seasons and head elsewhere.

That's not to say he's not happy at Texas Tech, however, it's a well known fact that he prefers to be in the SEC or at Texas A&M. TT is third string to the SEC and A&M.

That was probably my favorite moment in the Tuberville era. I was there for the perfect season, including at the Sugar bowl and SEC championship. I was at all but one of the six wins over bama. I was in Jordan Hare against UF for maybe the loudest half of football ever. And of course saw many other in person and all of the rest on TV. But watching Muschamp, a guy who rarely shows restraint have to restrain Tuberville b/c of a crap call was classic. Thanks for the great years Coach.
