Dear All,

I have some questions about psychology:

(1) Why do we love flying, especially for children?

(2) How does a funny and humor song make passenger to fly the airline over and over again? (in another word, to become loyal customers)

P.S. the aripline should install a karaoke mechine inside the cabin so that passenger can sing.

It's a funny and singing flight attendant. It is one of the favorite moments for 100% of the Southwest Airlines Passengers. :)

Yeah on my way to Phoenix we had a whole group of jokers (the flight attendants). They sang, jumped, pretended to spill things on people, the guy was married for one minute, then he was single, when we stopped at the gate one got on the PA and said "Okay, thanks for choosing Southwest, now GET OUT!" fun times

Yeah, when I landed on Phoenix, we made a really hard landing, so i'm guessing the Flight Attendant started singing to stop us from getting mad. It was funny! She sang "You love us, We love you, next time fly with us"! something like that can't remember but that was about 3 years ago.

Funny!! I had a flight attendant with a sense of humor last week on southwest - it was really enjoyable actually!

I remember about 3-4 years ago, I was flying to Phoenix in southwest airlines. We landed very hard, the hardest landing i've been on. The front wheel of the plane slammed against the Runway. Anyway, the flight attendant started singing! It was really funny.
