She even sleeps with her soccer ball lol I'm glad to gave found these videos and keep doing a awesome job! GO CIARA AND GO POMPANO BEACH STRIKERS!!!

  • I always want to use the trick in the real football matches but I don't have confident to do that.

I am 14 years old having a high speed .Now, I only can use my high speed to pass over the players.I don't know how to do trick with my speed. What can I do to improve my confident of my skills? Thank's!

  • hey man how you doing?

i just wanna ask that you have like 15 training sessions on your website so how im suppose to do...

like all of them in a day or doing 1 per week or something .

  • @naumaanhamid I'm great, thanks for asking! Don't do all of them in a day. My advice would be when you decide to train do 1 30 minute session, then do like 10 minutes of chipping practice, followed by 15 minutes of juggling. Make up sessions like that. You could maybe do 2 30 minute sessions in a row but I wouldn't do more then that in a row.

  • @OnlineSoccerAcademy thank you man i love you

    from pakistan

  • @naumaanhamid thanks for the love from pakistan!

  • Thanks for the advice

  • this is awesome man! thank you for these vids!

  • very nice

  • are cones and water bottles the same i mean since im cheap can i use bottles cones are wider what do you think ?

  • @cock00001 cones are a bit better then using water bottles as cones but if you put a little water in the water bottle they work as great cones! I wouldn't use glass bottles as that would be a bit dangerous if they broke. That would be a tough injury to explain how you got hurt playing soccer on glass! Be careful!

  • what type of soccer cleats are those?

  • hey you on fb ? coz i m right footed ...but need to improve my left also ...yu noe like forlan !! plzz help me !!

  • @ayayay565654 yes, I am on Facebook. Go to Facebook (dot) com/JaredMontz and that's me! Add me as a friend! To improve your left watch all my videos and practice them using your left foot! That will help.

  • And of course nice lessons :)

  • i always feel like peopel are starig when i try to practice by my self

  • @catman1cheese just think they are saying, "wow, that player trains hard, he will be a pro one day!"

  • @OnlineSoccerAcademy

Hi! Can you say me? Why in the USA football calls soccer, in the all other world calls football? :) thx

  • @bezplavok I don't know the exact reason but they just do. I wish it was called the same thing everywhere so there wouldn't be this constant debate on youtube about calling it "football" or "soccer". Cultural differences I guess. Just know when I go to England I call it "Football". When I am in America I call it "soccer".

  • when you are dribbling and you pull the ball back you leave it way to far behind you and don't even look at it, a defender could easliy take possesion

  • @futbolkid1995 when you do a drag back that usually means a defender is in front of you or next to you. The reason I push it farther away is so I can run faster after it and that decreases the chance a defender can stick their foot out and get lucky. You run faster with out the ball, then with it. Obviously if there is a defender behind you then a drag back is not a good idea.

  • @OnlineSoccerAcademy well yeah because if you cut to hard a defender will be there to clear, but i can see ur just doing that because you are running but during this dribbling thing you should prob try to keep to ball close and controlled not make big cuts

  • @futbolkid1995

I find dragging it further from you saves you from losing it, defenders always stick their foot in, so drag it past their range and explode out. I always find I win challenges that way. If not you may always win a free kick because they can trip you aswell.

  • @XtheUnknownVariance your mentaltiy must be like this because you are a defender? if you are a midfielder you will loose ball imediately

  • @XtheUnknownVariance your mentaltiy must be like this because you are a defender? if you are a midfielder you will loose ball imediately

  • Why are you hiding the Nike Tick logo?

  • @Albert5522 I hide it because they do not sponsor me. If they are interested... let me know!

  • How far apart do you set your cones for the speed ladder? Also what do you for the cool down.

  • @rikuskate for the speed ladder I do about a foot to a foot in a half a part. For the cool down I do light jogging, stretching and a few push ups and sit ups.

  • when you drag back after a dribble..... u are dragging back the wrong way...... turn in the other direction and look over your shoulder...... otherwise good vid

  • @awsomeDavid1000 there is more then one way to do the drag back. You can do it your way as well. There is not right or wrong way to do it. Thanks for the comment thought

  • @Isbel5926 thanks, glad you liked it! Don't feel like you have to time it exactly the same. The main point of the 30 minute training ideas is to give you a good idea of practice you can do.
