You can get the harbringer a different way. You have to have your alignment all the way good and legendary renoun too. That should work as far as i know.

For Harbinget, you DON'T have to max it out

Heres how it works:

1st time you try to pull it, it won't work (unless you've already maxed out all your stuff)

then, after that, level up your physique by like, 5 levels if im not wrong, your health by 3 and toughness by 2 (or something along that line)

Then try pulling again, and tada!

Of course, if your stats are all maxed out it works too

And for The Sentinus. how much u have to donate is based on your alignment

you got to donate 300000 gold to the temple for the sentinus .. i got it myself .. and for the harbinger max out whole strength.. and yes u need WHOLE strength.. ( phisique, health , toughness)

well if you got it on pc, you can mod it in, or use a trainer, or if not you get all your strength stuff to full then go and try to pull it out, and you will find it by the time you have max btw and the money, you have to glitch to get that much money.
